(More customer reviews)I purchased this Rubbermaid wastebasket through Amazon and it was shipped by BIC Superstores. I tried to call them but just got an answering machine.
The wastebasket lid just falls off on the floor, if you try to raise the lid. There is no way to attach the lid. It is obviously a defective product. The shipping on the 12.72 cent item was 8.67. A ripoff!!!! And there is not even a person to talk to.
