At 15 inches high and 12 inches across, it also provides a great target for the all-important basketball tourneys that teen boys must indulge in. We use it in the office/homework area, but I have been known to take it to the room the kids gather in to help with the trash overflow they create. This well-made waste bin sports a deep khaki color, if you wonder what 'sand' means in the description.
