(More customer reviews)The service was fine and the shipping timely, but the packing was inadequate. This is a mesh waste basket and it was only packed in a single wall cardboard box. The basket was rather badly bent on arrival. I was able to straighten it out (for the most part) but fortunately it isn't highly visible where I use it. Obviously no thought was given to the way shipping is handled (literally) when considering the packing of this item.
