(More customer reviews)Beware that IBS bags do not make clear that the width measurement is if the bag is laid flat and measured at its widest point. So, if you have a 23" x26" square Tote style rolling trash bin, the 38" bag will not stretch across the top. It will only cover about a 20" round opening. This is probably true across all the sizes. I could not get any response from Integrated Bag Systems (IBS) nor the vendor, Instawares when I called to return the large order I placed, realizing that the bags would not fit my 65 gal. Tote bin.
