(More customer reviews)The product itself is of solid design, however, it arrived with some dents on the sides. Also, and I'm assuming this was done to falsely increase shipping weight/cost, but it arrived with a used, broken frying pan in the box as well, which was not part of the intended order at all. Rather than go through all of the hassle of returning the item and waiting for a return shipment, I've chosen to never order from this supplier (Simplehuman) again, and post my experience here...
