(More customer reviews)I've been using the iTouchless Trashcan NX (and the previous model as well) for the past 4 years and I'm finally giving up on using this product. At least twice a year the sensor on the lid goes bad and the trashcan is worthless. iTouchless offers 1 year warranty on the lid, but you have to ship it back to them at your own cost and then pay again the shipping for a new one. I did this once, twice I ordered just the lid and twice I ordered the whole trashcan again (due to some available promotions). Today, my 4 months old lid gave in and I am through with this product and the company ([..]). The product is bad and the company's goal is just to rip off the customers. I was thinking to order the new generation RX for $159.99 but then I saw that iTouchless charges for the cheapest shipping $39.99!!!!!! for 12 pounds through FedEx Ground. I have a FedEx account and I know that the actual shipping would be less than $15.
STAY AWAY FROM THE PRODUCT AND THE MANUFACTURER!
Plus, if you don't buy directly from iTouchless, there is no warranty so you are really wasting your money.

Description:This Touchless Trashcan NX model specially designed for 13 gallon tall kitchen size trash bags. Most likely uses would be in a bathroom, nursery or child's room, but I've got it in the master bedroom, where it adds a nice bit of whimsey. Be aware that the background color is more like creamy vanilla ice cream, not a true white.

They tear easily, and they are not wide enough to easily fit over the mouth of our trash can. It takes some stretching to get it to fit, and that usually causes tearing.
