(More customer reviews)The soap pump is plastic with a color coating that will peel off once it comes into contact with the soap. Don't understand how the set is such high quality marble but the pump is such low low quality.
Not related to the actual product, but when I received the item the pump was missing and needed the set for guests that were arriving and had to split the cost of overnight shipping with the vendor, would have been nice if the pump was just put in the first place.

(More customer reviews)The first time I received this item from Marble's n Things the waste basket was all broken up. I called and they sent a replacement and this was in good condition. I didn't go through the entire package because I was redoing my bathroom but when I finally did I noticed and there was no tube feeder for the soap dispenser. I call them and the girl who answered said she would send one out. I waited about 3 weeks and told her i never received it. She couln't understand that because she said she sent it but would send another one. After another week I received the tube feeder and it was about 2 inches long so obviously was not suitable for the soap dispenser. So I again called and this time I spoke with a man who again couldn't understand why I was sent a small feeder and said he would send out another one. Five days later and I'm still waiting. If this product wasn't so heavy I would mail it back and request a refund. I've ordered many things via the internet and never had such a bad experience.
