(More customer reviews)Item arrived dented and frame slight cracked. Not too much of a problem because you can't tell when looking quickly.
Bins are a little too small for kitchen use. We use the left side for trash, right side for recycling. Both fill up within a day or two. Our older model could last a week.
Biggest problem is that the bags do not stay in place. Because of the design, you cannot prevent them from falling into the trash can. This makes a big mess.
We are using the product, but would have been happier with a better design.
