(More customer reviews)We bought this trash can three years ago. Now both spring attachment points (cheap plastic) are broken, and the lid doesn't open properly. Furthermore, the Simplehuman web site doesn't have a repair parts store. All you can do is register your problem. We're still waiting for a response. This can is NOT worth the price and hassle.
