(More customer reviews)I purchased this 21 gallon trash can in August of 2009 for our new home and it is still going strong. Also purchased two 13 gallon infrared trash cans for the bathrooms. All three have with stood my two grandboys who, unfortunetly, love to bang the lids shut.
I saw one other review that gave this a negative. Sorry to see they were not capable of going farther down the page to read the actual product description that it has a 21 gallon capacity. No need to slam a product because not everything you need to know is in the title. Learn to research your products.
I actually paid less for an automated stainless steel trash can than I would have for a regular stainless steel trash can.
Comes in very handy when your hands are full or very dirty. I would highly recommend this product.
