(More customer reviews)I purchased this garbage because I wanted a stainless steel look without having to pay over $100. Although the garbage looks pretty good (it's plastic with a faux nickel finish) and looked good in my kitchen, it didn't function particularly well. Because it's so light-weight, it moved around every time i pressed on the foot pedal and it would never stay in the same place. You also can't place it too close to a wall because when the top opens, it pushed against the wall, making it move even more and ended up leaving black scuff marks on my wall. All in all, it looks great for the price, but if you want a functional sturdy garbage that stays in place when you use it, this is not the one.
