After purchase you find out its an AC Adapter, and that if you want the trashcan you can pay $65+ to get one. The company boasts on its site 24/7 customer service. This is not true as their only open specific times M-F. The company then claims they do no wrong and if you want it returned you can have pay to send it back yourself. Do not purchase from them! Go with reputable companies not this one
